Inside Loan Officer

All new Inside Loan Officers are provided training to ensure you are at the top of your game, company provided leads, top notch marketing and a team that cares about your personal success.

This position requires you to be at Statewide Funding's corporate office in Ontario, CA. No remote!

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING –

  • Leads provided. 
  • Providing a 5-STAR, white glove experience to all those you work with internally and externally.
  • Communicate with potential clients across the states we do business in by phone, email, and text communication encouraging them to choose Statewide Funding as their home loan solution.
  • Delivering up-to-the-minute information about the latest products, resources, and industry updates.
  • Request and assess documentation from clients to determine eligibility.
  • Ensure loan applications are complete and correct.
  • Ensure client privacy, security of files and appropriate team member access.
  • Constantly seek out potential clients through networking with those who can provide referrals, such as real estate companies, existing clients, financial planners, and attorneys.
  • Building and managing a strong pipeline of opportunities to meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales goals.
  • Return all client inquiry calls within one business day.
  • Counsel clients on personal financial problems.
  • Assist in specialist marketing and social media campaigns as needed.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU –

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven success in building business relationships.
  • Confident communication skills and professionalism both over the phone and face to face.
  • Ability to multitask and work at a fast pace.
  • Proficient in technology.
  • No mortgage lendings experience necessary.
  • 1-2+ years of sales experience.
  • Current NMLS license referred but not required. (You can get while you learn.)
  • The desire to get better every day.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Inside sales and/or phone sales experience.
  • A passion for client support.
  • Motivated to work in a competitive sales environment.
