Inside Loan Officer

All Inside Loan Officers are provided leads, training to ensure you are at the top of your game, top notch marketing and a team that cares about your personal success. 

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming leads calls and call on online leads. 
• Originate loans in a timely manner.
  
• Help customers find the best mortgage loan options for their needs.
  
• Maintain a working knowledge of mortgage loan products and the loan process.
• Communicate effectively with customers and staff.
• Stay current with industry trends and developments.
• Request initial documents from the customer, complete application, and submit an initial, paperless loan package to processing staff.
• Structure and price loans accurately.
• Deliver excellent customer service.

Requirements:

• NMLS required - Must have at least 1 state.
• 1+ year of experience. 
• Confident communication skills and professionalism both over the phone and face to face.
• Ability to multitask and work at a fast pace.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
• Must work at our Irvine, CA location.
